Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer both standard and express shipping options at checkout.

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and postal delays.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Click & Collect

Local customers in Brisbane can select Click & Collect at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup from our salon at:
Ink for Hair, 375 Newmarket Road, Newmarket QLD 4051.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at info@inkforhair.com.au with your order number and photos. We’ll review and make it right as quickly as possible.
